Now Selling! Phase 2 continues along the bench area from Phase 1, providing owners with simply stunning ocean and coast mountain viewscapes from their porch windows. Watch the Eagles, Orcas and Humpbacks from your deck!

Phase 2 consists of 12 lots approximately 30’ x 60’ in size that are fully serviced with the required 50 amp power for the Park Models along with sewer and water hook-ups. The cottages sit on concrete strip foundations and are oriented to maximize the spectacular viewscapes. The lots are leased to home-owners for renewable 10 year leases and monthly service fees of $750/month.

Park Models are manufactured here in British Columbia. Each home is privately owned and owners have the option to place the home in our managed short term vacation rental pool.

Phase 1 of Alder Bay’s Orca Views Park Model development is now fully subscribed and complete! We have 14 of these beautiful 500 sq. ft. cottages on site, 9 of which are in a short term vacation rental pool managed by Alder Bay Vacations.
